Woodhouse Grille
Woodhouse Grille is all about FRESH, FUN and FLAVOR. The ambience and the menu are both designed to drive the element of fun while separating from the pack with a menu that is all about flavor. Servers will drive the fun factor with “woodhouse” inspired uniforms that are unique beyond compare. The Woodhouse Grille is the ideal place to have a drink and a great meal in a high energy, fun-focused atmosphere.
Décor:
A visit to Woodhouse is an event. The look and feel is evolved and contemporary with elements of the north woods sprinkled throughout. The décor should align with the high energy atmosphere, and the bar area should reflect the local sports teams (pro/college/high-school) and should blend in with the remaining ambient components. TVs in the bar and dining areas provide the entertainment and excitement of the big game, but hidden booths and corners provide families and friends with the opportunity to gather together and relax.
Menu:
The Woodhouse Grille menu is all about flavor with selections that differentiate the brand from other players in the casual set. The menu features some of the best burgers, sandwiches and steaks available anywhere and all are presented in a fun-focused way. The bar menu is also a “destination” driver in that there will be several signature Margaritas with a substantial array of specialty beers on tap and in bottle which will encourage a cocktail prior to or after your dining experience.

CKI offers two ways to use the Woodhouse Grille trademark:
Conversion
A conversion provides the opportunity to make a full transition to the Woodhouse Grille with new seating packages and a complete bar area. Hands-on training for FOH & BOH team is provided.
Full interior remodel, plus exterior improvements required for conversion.
Prototype
The Woodhouse Grille prototype features a wood/stone/stucco exterior that distinguishes itself from CK as well as other CDR concepts. Complete indoor and outdoor seating packages are available.
