Former pizza parlors, travel plazas and existing hotel restaurants can reopen their doors as a part of the Country Kitchen® community.  Free StandingMost Country Kitchen® Restaurants are Free Standing Units. Free Standing Units require approximately 1-1/4 acres of land with at least 140 seats. Free Standing Units can be completely new construction or conversions from pre-existing restaurants. Strip Malls
Strip Mall locations are an ideal alternative for cost containment. These types of properties require a minimum of 3,300 square feet with at least 125 seats. An end-cap is preferred.
